Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8-5 Monterey Location:
Wednesday's 8-5 The candidate shall have excellent communication and computer skills Job Duties Include:
-answering phones with outstanding customer service -confirm& schedule patient appointments for 2 Dr's & 1 Hygienist -new patient coordinator (we are referral based) call referrals received from dental offices follow up on NP referrals -provide support to front & back office staff when needed -positive & enthusiastic team-player than can multi-task -check office email & complete daily tasks -recall coordinator for hygiene Must be able to travel to both office locations Candidate must have dental experience -x-ray license helpful but not necessary -bilingual helpful but not necessary SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE If you feel you meet these qualifications and would like to be a part of our team.
