We are looking for Quickbooks expert to also serve as executive assistant.
Duties of the Quick Books - Exec Assistant include maintaining expert set up of all systems, data entry, executive assistant in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Job Description Quick Books - Administrator Quick Books - Expert understanding of all QB functions and reports Quick Books - Data entry of all orders and invoices into Quick Books Maintain Inventory system Executive Assistant - able to communicate to Vendors and Customers with ease Prepare detailed accounting reports and summaries for review General office management/exec assistant duties Provide best practices for a small, lean, company - in a fast paced environment Skills Highly motivated, organized and committed to completing tasks on time Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
