Summary:
Under minimal supervision, responsible for various Office Administration duties, execute all Human Resource activities and Marketing activities all Fritter, Schulz and Zollinger, and Fritter, Schulz and Conlan locations.
Part Time 20-30 hours per week.
Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Responsibilities Human Resources Prospective Employees Develops job descriptions Posts ads in newspapers, trade journals, and colleges.
Processes applications, resumes for open positions within F&S.
Screens applications/resumes, routes to owners, sets up interviews.
Provides reference checking as required.
Processes all required paperwork for new hires.
Provides overview and mini-orientation to new hires.
Employee Related Employee relations Creates and maintains employee personnel files for both employees who work in the three offices Benefits administration for employees (annual enrollment processing).
Coordinates medical insurance, flexible & dependent care spending programs, 40lk programs.
Interfaces with insurance reps, flex spending administrators, and 401k administrators.
Schedules and coordinates open enrollment meetings for employees.
Schedules and distributes appropriate materials for open enrollment periods.
Coordinates 401k enrollments, and prepares end- of-the-year administrative paperwork for John Hancock.
Monitors and advises owners of employee probationary period reviews that are due and schedules accordingly with the proper paperwork.
Schedules employee performance reviews as needed (processes required paperwork).
Worker's compensation coordinator.
Conducts investigations regarding employee related matters (disciplinary, termination, legal, etc.
) as required.
Works with owners and attorneys (as required) on special employee related termination cases.
Conducts employee exit interviews, gathering all F&S property.
Policy & Procedure development, updates, etc.
HIPAA employee training and documentation.
Office Administration Treater Related Tracks licensures, CPR completions, etc.
Sends out notices to employees.
Tracks and provides a status of con-ed completions for eligible employee, from request for class to processing expense reports.
PTPN related matters including site visit preparation for revalidations.
Students and Volunteers Coordinates PT/OT Student Affiliations.
Interfaces with several schools.
Coordinates student volunteers.
Miscellaneous May perform duties outside of job description to assist team as needed.
Prepares flyers for office.
Front Desk duties Participates in various meetings.
Performs job task analyses as needed.
Develop forms for various F&S uses (billing, front office, back office, marketing, administration, etc.
).
Assist Partners with any special projects as needed.
Supply Orders Occasional marketing Send referral pads to referring doctors.
Qualifications Two years experience as Human Resource/Office Administration We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
Compensation is $19.
00 - $20.
